Our customers are very important to us! We customize our support to fit the needs of our clients. Many of our customers tell us they love the weekly coaching sessions, it keeps them on task. Other customers enjoy being more independent, and approach learning at a faster or slower pace. TLC recognizes
each individual has a preferred learning style: videos, self-paced learning modules, written materials, Zoom or phone meetings and sometimes face-to-face meetings. We are flexible to fit a customer’s needs! TLC is ready to assist quickly when issues arise and assess if a staff member or contract personnel is the best person to provide solutions or troubleshooting. If you are already a client, then, you have a phone number and email of at least one TLC person. Daily staff meetings allow TLC
personnel to discuss client situations and brainstorm strategies. Emailing questions or concerns to projects@thelocalcrowd.com will be received by all staff members and someone will respond quickly!
